Done in 90 minutes: the inside story

I haven't worked out how to attach a photo to a post I've already sent. I forgot to add a picture of the inside of the loaf to my earlier post

I see you get the same paddle gash in the bottom of your machine loaves . . . One suggestion (and it helps you cram sangas into the kids' smallish lunch boxes): cut the loaf in half, from top to bottom. Then turn each part on its side, and cut slices, starting from the top end. The result? Smaller slices that can be better handled by smaller fingers - and you minimise paddle-gash damage.
